Size & Fit

FIND YOUR FIT

A good fit.
A better day.

Start with the size information for the pair you are considering. Fit can vary between brands and styles, so a familiar size number is a starting point.

Measure both feet

Place a sheet of paper on a hard, level floor. Stand on it with your weight evenly distributed and mark the heel and longest toe. Measure the distance between the marks. Repeat for your other foot and use the longer measurement when checking a product-specific size guide.

Check the size system

Check whether the product information uses UK, India, EU or US sizing. Do not assume that the same number means the same fit across different systems. If the size system or measurements are unclear, contact us with the product name or model before ordering.

Choose for the way you wear them

For closed shoes, consider the socks you normally wear and allow comfortable room for your toes. For sandals and slippers, your heel and toes should sit comfortably within the footbed. Width, straps and the shape of the upper also affect fit.

Between sizes?

Check the guidance for that particular model and your preferred fit. We do not provide a universal conversion chart because measurements can differ between styles. Call us for help before choosing.

Try your pair with care

Try footwear indoors on a clean, dry surface and keep the packaging while checking the fit. If the size is unsuitable, contact us before wearing the pair outdoors. See our Returns & Refunds page for the support process.
